① Avoid Mascara & Eyelash Curlers (The Day Before)
Please do not use mascara or eyelash curlers the day before your visit.
These can:
❌ Leave residue on your lashes
❌ Affect the quality of the treatment
❌ Reduce the effectiveness of lash lifts or extensions
② Keep the Eye Area Clean on the Day
On the day of your appointment:
✔ Avoid eye creams and sunscreen around the eyes
✔ Please remove as much eye makeup as possible before arriving
Light makeup is okay, but coming with clean lashes helps us achieve the best results ✨
💡 About Makeup Removal at the Salon
If needed (for example, after work), we do offer:
💰 Makeup Removal Service: ¥1,100
However:
⚠️ Some fine residue may still remain
⚠️ This can affect retention and overall results
For the best outcome, we recommend arriving with clean lashes whenever possible.
