いつも当サロンをご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。

一部のお客様ですが、ご予約時間の直前に日時変更のご連絡があったり、

時間を過ぎてからご予約変更のご連絡をいただく事があります。

ご連絡いただくのは　とても助かるのですが

もっと早い時間にご連絡いただいていれば、その時間に

他のお客様のご予約をお取りすることができます。

ご予約のキャンセル、変更は【前日15時まで】にお願いいたします。

当日のキャンセルは基本的にお受けしておりません。

無断キャンセルや直前の変更が過度に続く場合、

次回のご予約をお断りせざるを得ない状況にもなってしまいます。

また、やむを得ずキャンセル・変更される場合は、下記のキャンセル料を頂戴しております。

・当日キャンセル、当日の変更：2,200円

・無断キャンセル：4,400円

できるだけ多くのお客様に気持ちよくご利用いただくため、

✨ About Appointment Cancellations & Schedule Changes ✨

We would like to kindly ask for your cooperation regarding appointment cancellations and schedule changes.

Recently, we have occasionally received requests to change appointments right before the reserved time or even after the appointment time has already passed.

Of course, we truly appreciate clients who contact us. However, if we receive notice earlier, we may be able to offer that time slot to another client who is waiting for an appointment 🙏

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please contact us regarding cancellations or schedule changes by:

⏰ 3:00 PM on the day before your appointment

As a general rule, we do not accept same-day cancellations.

⚠️ Cancellation Fees

If you must cancel or change your appointment on the same day, the following fees will apply:

・Same-day cancellation or same-day rescheduling: ¥2,200
・No-show without notice: ¥4,400

🌿 Important Notice

If repeated no-shows or last-minute changes continue excessively, we may unfortunately be unable to accept future reservations.

To ensure that as many clients as possible can comfortably enjoy our salon services, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation ✨
